Hailing from a prosperous family, Elliot the Dimetrodon considers himself a sophisticated, proper Paleofolk who enjoys the finer things in life. When he’s not creating new, avant-garde dishes, he’s splurging eye-watering amounts of amber on lavish dinner parties and weekend trips. His serious, stern attitude can be a bit off-putting to some, yet his expert culinary skills and warm hospitality make it easy to overlook his rigid demeanour. To put it simply; he is serious about good food. He has a tumultuous relationship with his former student Basil, who he believes has squandered some of his potential by taking a less conventional approach to cooking.
